Beatrice Maud pays homage to one of Liberty’s most renowned florals—the timeless poppy. Originally hand-painted in the early 1980s, this refined botanical design offers a modern interpretation of classic Art Nouveau aesthetics. Graceful trailing poppies, curling foliage, and bursts of stylised carnations are accentuated by vibrant backgrounds and striking outlines. This pattern is part of the AW24 collection’s Floral Library narrative, which approaches florals from a botanist’s perspective, documenting and exploring a variety of species while celebrating Liberty’s historic and iconic floral designs.
